Terms of Service

By using Kadrio you agree to these terms. The doc is short — please read it.

Acceptance

Signing up for and using Kadrio confirms you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, and (when paying for the service) the Public Offer.

What the service does

Kadrio helps turn long videos — interviews, podcasts, streams, lectures, vlogs — into short vertical clips for Reels, Shorts and TikTok. We transcribe your video, an AI picks engaging moments, you fine-tune them in the editor, and we render vertical mp4s with subtitles. We have Free / Starter / Pro / Business plans; full pricing is on the Pricing page.

Early access and stability

Kadrio is actively evolving. That means: • some features are marked «new» or «beta» — they have separate usage rules announced in the UI; • planned maintenance may happen — we'll notify by email or in-app; • please save important clips locally (we keep them according to your plan's retention: Free — 7 days, Starter — subscription + 14 days, Pro — +30 days, Business — +90 days); • free-tier limit changes are described in the «Changes to these terms» section below.

Account

One email = one account. Don't pass access to third parties without our consent. If you're in the bloggers' early-access program, additional terms apply — see the Early Access Agreement.

Your content

You keep all rights to videos/audio you upload and to clips generated from them. We use your content only to provide the service. You're responsible for having the rights to whatever you upload — this matters especially for YouTube links.

Not allowed

Forbidden: • uploading someone else's content without rights; • generating clips that violate laws, incite hatred, contain sexual content involving minors, or impersonate someone to deceive; • attempting to access other accounts or data; • automated abuse (mass upload, bypassing limits). Violation = account ban without refund.

Limitations of liability

The service is provided «as is». We don't guarantee perfect transcription accuracy, ideal AI clip selection, or 24/7 uptime. We're not liable for lost profit, data loss outside our system, or consequences of using generated clips on third-party platforms.

Changes to these terms

Terms may be updated. We'll email you about material changes; continued use after notice = acceptance of the new version.
